What types of grinders are there?

-
The main types of grinders are disc grinders, rotary grinders and various special grinders. 1. Disc grinding machine It is divided into a single disc and double disc. It is the most common application of dual disc grinder. In a dual disc grinder, a plurality of workpieces are simultaneously placed in a cage between the upper and lower grinding discs, and the cage and the workpiece are moved in parallel by an eccentric or planetary mechanism belt action plane. The lower grinding disc rotates, and the upper grinding disc parallel thereto can be rotated or reversely rotated with the lower grinding disc, and can be transferred up and down to press the workpiece (pressure adjustable). In addition, the upper grinding disc can be rotated by an angle with the rocker arm on the column to load and unload the workpiece. The twin disc grinder is mainly used for processing two parallel faces,...

Stepper motor running current and subdivision drive settings

-
The  stepper motor  defaults to one step to 1.8° angle, 360/1.8=200 pulses, so the stepper motor defaults to 200 pulses, but in some mechanisms the precision is high, 1.8° is not suitable, so there is The subdivision settings on the drive, for example, a 1000 (or 5) subdivision on the drive, that is, the angle is reduced by 5 times, that is, 1.8/5 = 0.36, which means that the angle of the motor is 0.36° per step. This precision is increased by a factor of five. The current, the stepper motor has a rated current, for example, the rated current of a click is 4A, if you select 2.25A on the drive, then the motor’s strength can not reach its original torque, but you set it to 5A Although the strength is large, the relative motor heat is also increased. The current setting needs to be set according to the actual situation. Generally, a small load has a low current and a small current, while a high load requires a large current. There are no mathematical formulas, which are al...

What is the difference between the guide rail slider and the linear bearing?

-
The  rail slider  and the   linear bearing  are essentially two product accessories. The appearance of the linear bearing is obviously different from the appearance of the guide rail slider: the linear shaft bearing guide shaft has a cylindrical shape; and the guide rail slider shaft has a square structure. The main difference lies in the installation position: the linear bearing is generally fixed at both ends, and the intermediate suspended connecting member covers all or most of the radial direction of the optical axis; the guide rail slider generally has one side of which is closely attached to the equipment mounting base and is fixed by bolts. In terms of cost: the same brand, linear guides are more expensive than linear bearings; From the equipment:  linear guides  are more accurate than linear bearings, with greater load, higher stability and longer life; From the market point of view: linear guides are more suitable than linear bearings, ...
